This three-year Ontario College Advanced Diploma program prepares students with the technical knowledge, professional expertise, and interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective and ethical care in an entry-level massage therapy position.

The program of study emphasizes anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, massage theory, empathic responses, decision-making, and entrepreneurial techniques. The foundation of this advanced diploma program is based on the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics identified by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Students practise the clinical process of conducting client assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing safe and comprehensive massage therapy. In addition, students exercise their legal and ethical duties according to the regulations and expectations of the massage therapy profession.
