This two-year diploma program is designed to provide students with an education in Internet technologies, Internet programming, and the analysis and design of Enterprise Internet applications solutions interacting with databases. The program prepares students as Internet project architects with an expertise for developing software applications such as e-Commerce websites and specialized intranet solutions.

Students study topics in internetworking, TCP/IP and TCP/IP services, databases, web development, HTML and other higher-level meta-tag markup languages, client side and server side scripting languages, systems and network security, Internet project management, e-Commerce, middleware products, and multi-tiered web applications. The final term project involves the development of a multi-tiered web application suitable for an Internet/Intranet environment.

A co-operative education option of this diploma program is available for full-time students attaining a stated academic standing at the end of the third level. At this point, students participate in two back-to-back sixteen-week paid work terms before returning for their fourth academic term and final level. Preceding the work terms, students register for this option and are given assistance in finding a placement.

This program is offered in the Fall of each year.
