The Business Administration program provides you with the combination of business expertise and soft skills necessary to prepare you for a rewarding career in business. In six terms of study, you will gain a solid foundation in all the business functions as well as the communication, planning, teamwork and analytical skills so highly sought in the business community. Through an active advisory board of business professionals and close relationships with employers, the program is continuously updated to meet the current demands of business. This relationship provides students with strong opportunities for networking, as well as bringing business people to the classroom to share their experiences.

In your first three terms, your courses will cover all functional areas of business and your classes will include all students in the Business Administration program. At the end of the third term, you will select your major area of study from highly demanded majors such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, International Business, Marketing, Materials and Operations Management or the General Major. Upon graduation, you will be well prepared to begin working as a business professional or to begin your own entrepreneurial venture.

All Business Administration students apply to one core program number – 216X1FW0. This will allow you the opportunity to be introduced to the different major areas, through the different core courses, before you make your major selection. At the end of level three, you will have a better understanding of the major areas of study available and be able to make a confident decision in your major selection.
