The focus is on human resources planning and includes the design of employee evaluation plans. Students learn how to forecast the human resources needs of an organization and to relate the requirements of the organization within abmbient socio-political situations.

Prerequisite: MGT2388 Compensation Management and MGT2393 Recruitment and Selection

Mandatory group work is required in this course.
