Human capital is a critical organizational asset contributing to organizational agility, goal attainment, and ultimate viability through progressive human resources management. This course introduces students to all of the human resources management function areas including the role of human resources within organizational and strategic contexts, human resources planning, employee recruitment and selection, training and development, performance assessment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labour relations. Furthermore, this course introduces students to occupational health and safety, international human resources, organizational renewal, and relevant legislative framework. |
