In this course, students prepare to apply customs import and export procedures and regulations from the point of view of the private sector (customs brokers, agents, and clients). The course demonstrates the working partnership between the public sector and Canada Customs. Students also learn about applicable laws, policies, and procedures related to import and export customs enforcement, as well as issues related to customs clearance services. |
