COM5000 - Active Citizenship and Culture
Course Description:
The student will focus on three crucial areas of contemporary Canadian professional and social life: citizenship, employability and ethics. The student will learn about their rights and responsibilities as members of your communities, in local, national and global contexts. This course will suggest a variety of ways in which you can become involved in those communities through community passport activities within the course.

Note: This course has mandatory group work.
Prerequisite: An introductory communications course is recommended.
