Learners investigate the impact of gender on conflict and negotiation styles as a way of broadening an appreciation for the complexities of conflict and diversity. Learners identify how leadership impacts conflicts in the workplace and within teams. Through a final project, learners develop strategies that manage the complexity of conflict in teams. |
