Job Description  
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the incumbent provides administrative, research and communications support to the Director. The incumbent’s duties include office administration, planning, research and accounting. The incumbent reconciles all financial transactions monthly and prepares budget reports on a monthly and annual basis. In addition, the incumbent coordinates and maintains all departmental files, prepares communications, analyzes data and tracks information and activities.

Required Qualifications  
  • A minimum of a two (2) year Diploma in Executive Office Administration, Business Administration, General Business
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative experience; some of which should be at an executive level
  • Demonstrated administrative experience completing monthly reconciliations, budgeting and processing financial transactions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload, deadline and requests
  • Ability to prepare communications, analyze data and track information
