Job Description  

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Student Recruitment, the incumbent is responsible for administering and implementing changes to the instance for the Advancement, Recruitment, and Marketing departments within the College.

The incumbent plays a business analysis, technical advisor, planning and operational role in customizing and administering and related AppExchange components with the express purpose of delivering on the goals and objectives detailed in the College’s Advancement, Recruitment and Marketing Plans.

Leveraging strong business analysis, planning, research and technical skills, the incumbent will conduct research, develop training manuals and develop best practices which will serve as the benchmarks in the administration of the college’s instance. In addition the incumbent provides orientation and training to end users and managers on the use of as required.

Required Qualifications  
  • 2 year Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or Computer Studies
  • - System Administrator Certification
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing, sales or related field
  • 2 years of experience as a System Administrator
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and implementation of system upgrades and customizations
  • Demonstrated experience in database management
  • Demonstrated experience documenting CRM policies & procedures
  • Strong project planning, research and technical skills
  • Strong understanding of database integration scenarios and design
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and courteously
