Job Description  

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the incumbent provides administrative, research and communications support to the Director. The incumbent’s duties include office administration, project management, research and budgeting. The incumbent has complete familiarity with the Marketing Department and brings significant administrative, research skills and experience to the position.

The incumbent compiles weekly, monthly and annual marketing reports. The incumbent tracks budget expenses and is responsible for coordinating and maintaining departmental files. Strong time management skills are necessary in order to prioritize workload, deadlines and requests in an extremely fast-paced environment. Preparing communications, analyzing data and tracking information is also an essential component of this position.

Required Qualifications  
  • Minimum 2 year Diploma in Business/Office Administration or experience in a related environment;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience some of which should be at an executive level with at least two years experience processing financial transactions and preparing monthly reconciliation; experience in Marketing environment is preferred;
  • Knowledge and experience using client relationship management system (Salesforce) and marketing automation system (Marketo);
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) OCAS, PeopleSoft, etc;
  • Experience conducting research and analyzing data;
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills;
  • Demonstrated planning, organizational and time management skills;
  • Proven ability to function under stressful and demanding situations.
